Our Location
We are located in the heart of North Goa, 500m from the Candolim beach and very close to the best restaurants and nightlife in Candolim on the Fort Aguada Road. We are a few minutes drive from Baga and Calangute, and about 25 minutes drive from Panjim & Mapsa.. We are a little under an hour's drive away from Goa's Dabolim Airport.

- Anjuna flee market is 10 mins
- Arpora Saturday Night market is 15 mins
- Airport is 50 mins

Quiet and safe, La Casetta is ideally situated in a secure complex, a 5 to 10 minutes walk from Candolim beach.

The villa is located in the heart of North Goa - famed for its sunrises and sunsets and numerous beach shacks each one offering a different experience - from Buddha Bar-like, to Italian Cafe, to Reggae Shack and a majority of local Goan food shacks all serving fresh seafood.

Located in the hub for the preferred choice for a second home in Goa.

You are pretty much within 15 mins drive from everywhere else, the madness, shopping, dining & nightlife of Baga, Anjuna and Arpora. The cultural capital is Panjim, the old city is where the the Basilica of Bom Jesus is located. Other tourist attractions include the old and rebuilt Adilshahi Palace (or Idalcao palace), dating from the sixteenth century, the Menezes Braganza Institute and the Central Library, the Mahalaxmi Temple, the Jama Masjid mosque, the Chapel of St. Sebastian and the Fontainhas, area in general which is considered to be the Old Latin Quarter, as well as the nearby beach of Miramar.

 

Getting to Goa
As one of India's most popular tourist destinations, Goa is very well connected by all commmercial carriers from all major Indian cities and International airports. The holiday season also brings many direct charters from Europe, so enquire with your local travel agent for special deals. The Sea, Climate and Seasons

October – Could be warm at times. During the first 2 weeks it is generally sunny, however, there could be an occasional shower. Average day time temperatures are around 28°C; night time temperatures around 24° C. The sea is generally calm, warm and safe for swimming.

November – Sunny and cooler than October. Daytime temperatures should be around 25°C; night time temperatures around 22°C. The sea is generally calm, warm and safe for swimming.

December to end of February – This is the best time to be in Goa. It is always sunny. Daytime temperatures are a pleasant 24°C, night time temperatures around 20°C. The sea is generally calm, warm and safe for swimming. On certain days from the middle till the end of February, a moderate wind may pick up which might make the sea slightly choppy, but it is still generally safe for swimming.

March and April – From March onwards the temperatures tend to start rising. Towards the end of March the daytime temperatures could be around 35°C; night time temperatures around 28°C. April tends to be hot. Daytime temperatures could go up to about 37°C; night time temperatures around 30°C. The sea is generally calm, warm and safe for swimming.

May – Tends to be quite hot. Daytime temperatures could go up to 38°C; night time temperatures could go up to 31°C. There could be pre-monsoon showers after the 15th of May when the sea could also turn choppy, and on certain days, not suitable for swimming

June to end September– Enjoy the tropical rainshowers. With the sea mostly not suitable for swimming, guests can enjoy the facilities of the Villa, fine dining and nightlife of Goa.Temperatures are usually between 24°C to 31°C.
